This sherry shallot vinaigrette pairs well with leafy greens like kale or arugula as well as heartier vegetables that are roasted. I love drizzling this over our roasted Italian cabbage or summer Panzanella when we make it!

It can also be used as a marinade for chicken or beef before grilling or roasting.

Whether you're looking for a quick and easy salad dressing recipe or want to add some extra flavor to your favorite dishes, this Sherry Shallot Dressing is sure to become a staple in your house.

Storing

This dressing is perfect for storing in the fridge so make a big batch and have it ready for your meals during the week.

To store, place the dressing in a container with a lid (you don't want the shallots stinking up your fridge) and store for up to 2 weeks. When you are ready to use it, don't forget to give it a good shake to make sure everything is well mixed together.
