Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
2 cups Whole milk ricotta,
2 tablespoon Dutch process cocoa powder,
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract,
3 tablespoon Honey,
Kosher salt
Blend on medium high for 2 minutes or until it is smooth and creamy.
Taste for any additional sweetener needed.
Pour into a container and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
