Cannellini beans
cooked and drained (reserving any bean broth)

bunches
Swiss chard
Coarse chopped, bottom stems removed
3
Italian plum tomatoes
diced
3
cloves
garlic
minced

shallot
diced

tablespoon
Olive oil
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
or to taste
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
1
cup
bean broth or water
for sauce
Instructions
In a large saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil and shallot and cook for 1 minute.

Now add the Swiss chard and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and garlic and cook for another minute.
3 Italian plum tomatoes,
3 cloves garlic
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
1 teaspoon kosher salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Add bean broth or water along with the beans and gently mix.
1 cup bean broth or water,
32 ounces Cannellini beans
Reduce heat to low and allow the beans to simmer in the pot for a few minutes.
Taste for any additional seasoning.

Notes
To store:
Allow to come to room temperature and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
