zucchini
cut into ½ inch thick slices.

garlic

olive oil

large lemon
juiced

kosher salt
or to taste

freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Preheat a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add olive oil.

Add zucchini making sure they do not overlap if possible.
3 cups zucchini
Cook for about 3-4 minutes then flip.
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
4 cloves garlic,
1 large lemon,
1 teaspoon kosher salt,
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Plate and enjoy!
Notes
Storing:
This zucchini can be stored for a few days in the fridge after cooking. Just place cooled zucchini in an air-tight container when storing.
