Ingredients
½headIceberg lettuce
2Tomatoesquartered
½cupBanana pepper rings
¼cupSunflower Seeds
Tangy Parmesan Dressing
½cupParmesan cheese
4tablespoonRed wine vinegar
2tablespoonOlive oil
½teaspoonKosher salt and pepperor to taste
1tablespoonMayonnaise
½tablespoonYellow mustard
Instructions
Thinly slice the lettuce then add that to a large bowl.
½ head Iceberg lettuce
Now add the tomatoes, banana peppers and sunflower seeds to the bowl.
2 Tomatoes, ½ cup Banana pepper rings, ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk well.
½ cup Parmesan cheese, 4 tablespoon Red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoon Olive oil, ½ teaspoon Kosher salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise , ½ tablespoon Yellow mustard
Add the dressing to the salad and toss to combine.
