Fresh fettuccine

Prosciutto

Butter

Parmesan cheese

teaspoon
Kosher salt
plus more to taste
Instructions
Place the prosciutto on a sheet pan and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 minutes.
6 ounces Prosciutto
Remove the prosciutto to cool on a plate and allow it to crisp up.
Melt the butter in a large saute pan, then add salt and remove from the heat.
6 tablespoon Butter,
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Cook the pasta until al dente according to the manufacturer's instructions then drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
1 pound Fresh fettuccine
Toss the fresh pasta with the melted butter and a little pasta water.
Add the Parmesan and toss again. If it looks dry add a little more water.
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Crush the crispy prosciutto over the top and enjoy!
